**I. Core Marketing Skills & Knowledge**:
- **Understanding of Marketing Principles**: A solid grasp of the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), marketing mix, and consumer behavior.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
- **Digital Marketing Proficiency**:
- **SEO/SEM**: Knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Experience managing and growing brand presence on various social media platforms.
- **Content Marketing**: Ability to create engaging and valuable content (blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, etc.).
- **Paid Advertising**: Understanding of and experience managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Ability to track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- **Traditional Marketing (if applicable)**: Experience with offline marketing channels such as print, radio, TV, or events.
- **Branding & Positioning**: Understanding how to build and maintain a strong brand identity and effectively position products or services in the market.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Familiarity with CRM systems and their role in marketing efforts.
- **Marketing Automation**: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and their implementation.

**III. Experience & Education**:
- **Educational Background**: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications can also be valuable.
- **Work Experience**: The required amount and type of experience will depend on the seniority of the role. Specify the number of years and the relevant industry or marketing areas.
- **Portfolio (if applicable)**: For roles involving creative work (e.g., content creation, graphic design), a portfolio showcasing previous work is often required.
