**Job description**

**We are urgently looking for Sales and marketing Assistant profile having experience in Financial Product -(Insurance, mutual funds) location based at New Delhi**

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending inbounds & Outbounds calls
- should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds etc
- Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product
- Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently
- Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales
- Query Handling & Problem solving
- Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales
- **Having experienced in sales & marketing related to finance & Banking field also preferred**

**Education Qualification**:Graduate or Above

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 6 month of experiences require.
- Excellent interpersonal & Communication skill.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Its doesn't require hard core marketing & Sales

**Salary: upto 3 LPA**

**Experience - 1- 5 yrs.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 10 key typing: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
