Make calls to potential or existing customers to introduce, promote, or sell products and services.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company, ensuring timely communication.
- Cold calling to new prospects or responding to inbound inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Answer customer queries and provide detailed information about products or services.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during conversations.
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads, converting them into active prospects.
- Record and track sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Promote and upsell additional products/services where appropriate.
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality.
- Ensure accurate data entry and update customer records after each call.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or call quotas.
- Monitor call outcomes and consistently strive to improve conversion rates.
- Report progress and performance metrics to the supervisor or team leader.
- Stay up-to-date on product details, features, and benefits to answer customer questions accurately.
- Communicate promotions, discounts, and new product launches effectively to customers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including compliance with legal regulations (e.g., Do Not Disturb lists, telemarketing laws).
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to improve customer satisfaction and achieve goals.
- Attend team meetings and provide feedback or insights from customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
