**Job Title: Social Media Strategist & Influencer Marketing Manager**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to achieve business objectives such as brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the industry to collaborate on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **2+ years** experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing partnerships with influencers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
