Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Strategist role based in New Delhi. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance online presence and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, optimizing content for various platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to drive campaigns and public engagement. Ensuring strong brand representation and fostering positive relationships with the audience will be priority tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and a solid understanding of Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong communication and public relations skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies for diverse platforms
  • Ability to analyze social media analytics and translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with graphic design or video editing tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
  • Familiarity with trends and algorithms across social media platforms
