**Job Title: Social Media Strategist Intern**
**Location**: Work from Office - Delhi
**Stipend**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Social Media Strategist Intern** to help drive Femacare’s digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, loves creating engaging content strategies, and is eager to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement **content strategies** to enhance Femacare’s social media engagement.
- Brainstorm and execute **campaign ideas** aligned with the brand’s mission and audience interests.
- Research trending topics and create **data-driven content plans** for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop **scripts, captions, and visual content ideas**.
- Assist in **managing influencer collaborations** and partnerships to amplify brand reach.
- Reach out to **colleges and student communities** to initiate engagement programs and campus-driven campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, optimizing strategies for higher reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on **industry trends and competitor activities** to keep Femacare ahead in the digital space.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in **Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field**.
- Strong understanding of **social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy**.
- Creativity in **developing campaign ideas and storytelling** for digital platforms.
- Excellent writing skills for **script development and content ideation**.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
- Passionate about **women’s health and wellness**.
