**Role Overview**:As a Social Media Strategist at PRAKRIA, you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies that build brand awareness, foster engagement, and drive growth for our clients. You'll use your expertise to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with clients' goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Create, plan, and execute social media strategies that align with clients’ brand objectives and target audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other design platforms like Pinterest and Behance..
- **Content Planning & Creation**: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand content (copy, visuals, videos) that resonates with audiences and enhances engagement.
- **Campaign Management**: Lead end-to-end management of social media campaigns, including organic, paid, and influencer strategies, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting based on data-driven insights.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, generating insights to optimize future campaigns. Present reports on key KPIs and campaign effectiveness to internal and client teams.
- **Community Management**: Actively manage and grow online communities, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in line with the brand voice.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure PRAKRIA's clients are always ahead of the curve.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings to present strategies, discuss campaign performance, and offer recommendations for ongoing optimizations.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in social media strategy and management, ideally in a marketing agency or with diverse brands.
- **Platform Expertise**: Deep understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and tools (Instagram, Facebook, &, LinkedIn).
- **Content Creation**: Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling; experience collaborating with designers and copywriters.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to develop unique, forward-thinking ideas that push the envelope for clients.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with influencer marketing
- Understanding of paid media strategies
- Knowledge of emerging social platforms
