**Job Title: Social Media Strategist**

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiments.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to optimize strategy and improve overall social media presence.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and technologies to continually enhance our social media strategy.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.
- Stay informed about changes in algorithms and policies on various social media platforms.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of audience behaviors and preferences on different social channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling and shareable content.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
