**Job Summary**:
The **Central Reservation Associate** is responsible for handling reservations, assisting customers with booking inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination between guests and hotel properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in reservation management systems.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Reservation Management**
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as per guest requests.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including dates, rates, and guest preferences.
**2. Customer Service & Guest Relations**
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and special requests.
- Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
- Address customer complaints or escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
**3. Coordination & Communication**
- Liaise with hotel front desks and other departments to ensure smooth guest check-in and stay.
- Communicate special guest requests or VIP bookings to relevant teams.
- Update availability and pricing information in real-time.
**4. System & Data Management**
- Operate reservation management systems (PMS, CRS, OTA platforms, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Generate reports on reservation trends and occupancy levels.
**5. Sales & Revenue Support**
- Assist in implementing pricing and promotional strategies to maximize bookings.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and loyalty programs.
- Monitor competitor pricing and provide insights to the management team.
