Reservations Co-ordinator
We are seeking an experienced reservations co-ordinator to manage our daily reservations operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservations across multiple channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.
- Handle guest communication via calls, emails, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
- Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are accurate and consistent across all channels.
- Develop and implement effective reservation procedures and documents to streamline the booking process.
- Review guest communication for tone and accuracy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests are handled efficiently.
- Provide regular reports on daily, weekly, and monthly bookings and revenue to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in reservations or front office roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of OTA extranets and PMS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
