Job Overview


Lead the way in our dynamic travel industry with a role as a Reservation Executive.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to handle client conversions, create tailored itineraries, process quotes and block tickets, manage accounts receivable and payable, and coordinate with aggregators.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handlings leads from start to end through our CRM system and perform administration work related to your portfolio.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle client conversions and lead management through our CRM system
  • Create and customize itineraries based on client requirements
  • Process quotes, block tickets, and manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Coordinate with aggregators and manage accounts
