**Job Summary**:
Automat, a leader in Industrial Automation with an extensive network across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and India, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building client relationships, and identifying customer needs to offer effective automation solutions. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background and a passion for sales to make a significant impact in the industrial automation sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to present products and services, addressing their needs with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Analyze market trends, monitor pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industrial automation industry, including competitor products and services.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or an MBA in Marketing.
- 0-5 years of experience in sales, with an interest or background in industrial automation being a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Valid Driving License.

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Adaptability to new challenges with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
