**Job description For Customer Care**

**Qualification HSC/Graduate**
- Good Command in telephonic Communication with Fluent English and any south language, customer service experience.
- To look after the whole gamut of CRM function. She will be responsible for post-sales activities. - Developing harmonious relation with customers.
- Maintaining the track sheet. Updating the project status on a regular basis - Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the project status.
- Experience in Customer service handling Inbound calls

− She must be well versed in Phone collections, retention, Case conversion, Cross selling and Escalation Handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
