**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and connect with prospects, developing a strong pipeline of leads.
- Conduct research to understand client needs, pain points, and business goals.

**Client Outreach & Engagement**
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage prospective clients across industries.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers through regular follow-ups, tailored proposals, and value-driven conversations.
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to align agency offerings with market demands and client needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.

**Proposals & Negotiations**
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to showcase the value of agency services.
- Conduct pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

**Market Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the agency competitively.
- Gather insights into client sectors to tailor service offerings and outreach approaches.

**Reporting & KPI Tracking**
- Track and report on key performance indicators, such as lead conversion rates, pipeline progression, and closed sales.
- Provide regular updates and insights to management, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in a digital agency or technology environment.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, web development, SEO, and other agency services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

**Client Outreach Methodologies**:
**LinkedIn Sales Navigator**
- Conduct advanced searches to identify potential clients within targeted industries and locations.
- Engage with prospects through personalized connection requests, InMails, and follow-up messages.
- Leverage mutual connections, groups, and content engagement (e.g., liking, commenting) to build rapport with leads.
- Cold Calling & Video Outreach
- Reach out to identified prospects through direct calls and follow up with personalized video messages to stand out and create engagement.

**Content Sharing & Thought Leadership**
- Regularly share relevant content, case studies, and industry insights to demonstrate expertise and keep potential clients engaged.
- Use blogs, white papers, and social media posts to build credibility and create awareness of agency services.

**Networking & Industry Events**
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences (in-person or virtual) to build networks and find new prospects.
- Follow up with contacts post-event to nurture leads and explore potential collaborations.

**Referral Programs & Partnerships**
- Leverage client and partner referrals to expand reach and identify high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and mutually beneficial opportunities.
