**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:

- Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation, monitoring, and review of annual budgets.
- Develop financial forecasts and models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide explanations for variances.
- **Internal Controls and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit completion.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s financial stability.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and manage liquidity risks.
- **Cost Management**:

- Analyze and control project costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Review and approve major expenses and capital expenditures.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans.
- Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure the finance team is aligned with the company’s objectives and values.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior financial management role.
- Experience in the interior fit-out industry or construction sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
