**Position Overview**:
Dyna group a 35+ Year old closely held family managed business entity based out of Mumbai is looking for a **Financial Controller** to manage financial operations and budgeting. This role is crucial in **driving profitability, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial stability** within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Control.**:

- Develop and manage **annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls**.
- Implement **cost-saving strategies & financial policies** to improve profitability.
- Monitor **cash flow, working capital, and financial risk** management.
- **Accounting & Compliance.**:

- Oversee **bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance**.
- Ensure **GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings** are done timely and accurately.
- Maintain **financial records as per statutory regulations.**:

- **Financial Reporting & Analysis.**:

- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Conduct **variance analysis & financial performance reviews**.
- Provide **data-driven financial insights to management** for decision-making.
- **Cost Optimization & Business Strategy.**:

- Work with **procurement & production teams** to control costs and increase margins.
- Optimize **pricing, inventory management & capital expenditures (CapEx & OpEx)**.
- Identify **investment & expansion opportunities** to drive business growth.
- **Internal Controls & Risk Management.**:

- Establish **internal audit processes & fraud prevention mechanisms**.
- Manage **banking, loans & financial risk exposure**.
- **Team Leadership & Process Automation.**:

- Lead & mentor the **finance & accounting team**.
- Implement **ERP systems, automation tools, and financial dashboards** for better efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
