**osition Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content (images, videos, infographics).
- **Community Engagement**:

- Foster and grow online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use social media analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media activity, performance, and ROI.
- Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**:

- Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to support cross-functional campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior social media team members.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- **Brand Advocacy**:

- Act as a brand advocate and ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages.
- Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers to amplify the company’s reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Video editing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience in influencer marketing.
