**Job Title: Social Media Executive (Evening Shift)**

**Location**: VASHI (HYBRID)

**Department**: Marketing/Social Media

**Reports To**: Social Media Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Evening Shift

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- **Live Coverage**: Provide real-time updates and coverage of sports events, including live tweeting, posting, and engaging with the audience during games and events.
- **Community Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive community and enhance audience engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, news, and other relevant content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
- **Evening Shift**: Be available to work during evening hours to cover live events and manage social media activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the sports industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
