**Position**: Jira Administrator
**Experience**: 3+ Years
**Type**: 6-Month Contract
**Joining**: Immediate
**Location**: Bangalore (Hybrid)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and manage Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, screens, and permissions
- Create and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports
- Integrate Jira with tools like Confluence, Git, Slack, etc.
- Support users with Jira issues and customization requests
- Perform updates, backups, and ensure performance tuning
- Maintain access controls and follow Jira best practices

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of Jira administration experience
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with Jira Service Management & Confluence preferred
- Familiarity with JQL and scripting (e.g., ScriptRunner) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
