**JIRA ADMINISTRATOR / PROJECT MANAGER**

Responsibilities for JIRA administrator
- Administer the JIRA, Confluence and HipChat environments/instances on a day to day basis including performance tuning, scaling, backups
- Analyze current JIRA/Confluence/Hipchat configurations and migrate to new instances
- Build plan and execute projects for upgrade, high availability and disaster recovery of JIRA, Confluence, Hipchat
- Provide day-to-day support, administration, maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of JIRA, Confluence and HipChat and integrations
- Serve as a JIRA / Atlassian technical resource (Subject Matter Expert)
- Be a part of a team which is providing tools and improvements for the company business teams
- Recommend operational efficiencies, eliminate unnecessary work efforts and remove unwanted complexities
- Ensure systems are stable, available and that user issues are addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications for JIRA administrator
- Experience integrating JIRA with Confluence
- Experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Experience with implementing and training on JIRA and JIRA Agile best practices, custom dashboards, and custom reports
- Experience with migrating projects smoothly from other JIRA instances
- Experience with researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA add-ons
- Possession of excellent problem solving skills, process implementation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹283,937.10 - ₹1,342,927.33 per year
