**Note**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate financial reports related to budgets, accounts payables, expenses, etc. Plan, organize, and execute all departmental work
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Complete financial reports, lead month-end and closing processes
- Evaluate financial performance and measure returns on investments
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and records
- Work closely with management and external stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and respond to inquiries from external stakeholders
- Oversee deployment of funds and track performance
- Understand and calculate risks involved in financial activities
- Review, monitor, and manage budgets
- Collaborate with auditors, company secretaries, investment advisory teams, and other

stakeholders

**Routine Responsibilities**:

- Bank reconciliation and reporting to management
- Deployment details updates
- Tracking deployment and payment of drawdowns
- Recurring payments and expense management
- Coordinating with advisory teams for new investments
- Dealing with auditors and company secretaries for statutory compliances
- Preparing MIS reports and financial statements Reports, Data, and Dashboards:

- Daily: Update day-to-day transactions and provide data to management
- Monthly: Generate profit and loss accounts, drawdown payment schedules, and

deployment dashboards
- Quarterly: Advance tax payments and statutory compliance
- Annually: Yearly budget, income and expenditure account, profit and loss statement, and

annual reports

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounts or MBA in Finance
- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in a relevant role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Experience working with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of financial regulations and laws

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
