**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain books of accounts, entries in Tally & SAP, and daily financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely vendor and project payments.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings in coordination with consultants.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring for solar manufacturing and EPC operations.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audits.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / MBA preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in a finance/accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing or EPC company.

**- Mandatory working experience with SAP (FI module preferred) and Tally ERP.**
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance regulations.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in solar/renewable energy, manufacturing, or EPC sectors (e.g., mounting structures).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial controls in high-growth environments.
- Understanding of long-term debt facilities, capex planning, and interest coverage dynamics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
