**About us**: We have diversified industries in different countries as a part of Pilani Group. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our back-end finance team.

**Job Summary**:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial insights to support business decisions.(specially UK companies).

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Accounting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Income-tax laws.

**2. Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Manage and process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer payments.
- Ensure timely payment to vendors and follow-up on outstanding receivables.

**3. Taxation**:

- Prepare and file tax returns, including Income-tax, GST, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

**4. Financial Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management.

**5. Internal Controls and Audits**:

- Ensure implementation of internal controls and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.), XERO
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
