We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialists for one of the leading D2C Beauty & Wellness Brands in Thane/Mumbai.

**What is the role ?**

As a Growth Marketer, you will help in accelerating the growth of the company. You will be responsible for driving sales on our own website.

**You will directly report to the founder.**

**Job Description -**
- Drive online purchases by leveraging all paid channels of acquisition such as Facebook, Google ads, while ensuring a healthy RoAS.
- Execute experiments on campaign targeting, landing page experience, specialn offers and messaging, to improve overall conversion rates
- Provide insights and analytical reports to monitor overall efforts
- Build strategies, prepare budgets and execute campaigns in a timely manner.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and make us one of the biggest global brands from India.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in paid performance marketing
- Deep experience in the hands-on running of multiple paid campaigns across Facebook, Google and on Marketplaces
- Good familiarity with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Should have an analytical bent of mind
- Any prior experience with a D2C brand is an added plus. Similarly, any experience with a fashion and/or lifestyle brand is a plus.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
