Manager - Growth Marketing UsAt Thirsty Crow Marketing Services (TTC), we blend creativity, strategy, and technology to deliver data-driven growth for our clients. Were now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing and AI innovation someone who can craft and scale campaigns using GenAI tools across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email channels.Key Responsibilities:- Plan & Execute: Design and implement growth-focused campaigns tailored to audience behavior across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Email.- AI-Driven Strategy: Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copilot, Canva AI, etc.) to create high-performing content, creatives, and automated workflows.- Automation & Flows: Build and manage automated funnels for onboarding, lead nurturing, and re-engagement.- LinkedIn Management: Oversee organic and paid campaigns, content calendars, and lead generation forms.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver AI-powered marketing assets.- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize for conversion and ROI.- Trendspotting: Stay up to date with GenAI innovations and digital automation trends, sharing insights with internal teams and clients.What Were Looking For:- Experience: 35 years in digital or growth marketing (agency experience preferred).- Channel Expertise: Proven experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, WhatsApp Business API, and Email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Netcore).- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of leveraging GenAI tools for ideation, content creation, and campaign automation.- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret performance data, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.- Creative Flair: A passion for experimenting with new tools and strategies to enhance engagement and performance.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why Join Us?:- Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven marketing innovation.- Collaborative and fast-paced work culture.- Exposure to multi-channel campaign management across diverse industries.- Continuous learning with access to cutting-edge marketing and AI tools.
