**Job Title**: Performance Marketing Executive / Manager

**Salary Range**: ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-time (Hybrid / On-site)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and optimize **paid marketing campaigns** across **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube**, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct **keyword research**, **audience segmentation**, and **A/B testing** to refine ad strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum performance within allocated spends.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as **CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, and conversions**.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in **performance marketing / digital advertising**.
- Proven expertise in managing **Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager**, and other ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as **Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio**.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
