The companies will need recruitment software to disrupt the market. The consultancies will need software integrations with clients to do effective hirings.

Currently prevailing as a marketplace model, we aim to disrupt the recruitment industry by building world-class software for B2B partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearheading the end-to-end recruitment process to secure high-caliber talent for diverse roles.
- Managing key enterprise accounts to drive monthly business objectives.
- Collaborating with vendors, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to meet performance targets.
- Leveraging various sourcing channels including databases and social media platforms.
- Ensuring all recruitment activities align with company policies and standards.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of recruiting experience
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in key account management.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Prior experience in startup recruitment is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management.

Familiarity with senior IT hiring processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
