**Responsibilities**:
**1: Record Maintenance & Administration**:

- Keep organized records of property listings, transactions, investor portfolios, contracts, and tenant information.
- Manage the filing of all relevant documentation (physical and digital).
- Update and maintain databases for current and potential investors, builders, landlords, and tenants.

**2: Investor Relations**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
- Proactively communicate with investors to provide updates and secure new funding.
- Schedule meetings, calls, and provide timely information on investment opportunities.

**3: Builder & Developer Relations**:

- Reach out to new and existing builders for collaboration opportunities and project updates.
- Act as a liaison between builders and the company for project timelines, pricing, and expectations.

**4: Landlord & Tenant Communications**:

- Be the point of contact for landlords and tenants, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Help schedule property showings, inspections, and meetings for lease agreements and renewals.

**5: Customer Service & Communication**:

- Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication to build trust and maintain positive relationships.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles, preferably within real estate or property management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹11,392.13 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
