**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide legal counsel to the organization on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements, including joint ventures, partnerships, and vendor contracts.

3. Advise management on legal implications of business decisions and strategy, offering guidance on risk management and mitigation.

4. Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to corporate activities and proactively recommend adjustments to company policies and practices.

5. Conduct due diligence for potential acquisitions, identifying legal risks and proposing suitable solutions.

6. Assist in the preparation of corporate documents, such as board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and corporate governance materials.

7. Collaborate with external legal counsel and oversee legal matters related to litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

8. Work cross-functionally with departments such as finance, human resources, and compliance to ensure alignment of legal and business objectives.

9. Develop and deliver legal training to internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of legal issues and compliance requirements.

10. Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.

2. Minimum of [X] years of experience as a corporate legal advisor, preferably in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

3. Strong knowledge of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and compliance.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

5. Ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice in a fast-paced business environment.

6. Demonstrated experience in managing complex legal matters and providing innovative solutions.

7. Proficiency in legal research and staying updated with evolving legal trends.

8. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

9. Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

10. High ethical standards and integrity.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
