We are Looking for an experienced **Corporate** **Legal Advisor** for our company

**Job Opportunity - In-House Legal Advisor**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented legal professional to join our team as an In-House Legal Advisor.

**Responsibilities**
- Draft, research, and negotiate legal documents on behalf of the company for various internal and external matters.
- Drafting and responding to legal notices and mails
- Represent the company in court proceedings.
- Review and draft legal agreements.
- Provide legal opinions and interact with employees and clients.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
- 2-4 years of experience (corporate legal environment preferable).
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

**Desired**

- Exceptional drafting skills
- Client dealing
- Long term job commitment

**Preferred Skills**
- Good understanding of IT, IPR, Civil and labor laws procedures apart from basic understanding of other governing laws.
- Experience in negotiations, counseling and practical process of legal matters.
- Strong interpersonal and client-dealing skills.
