As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Legal Advisor with 2 to 3 years of experience, specializing in Real Estate law.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor specializing in Real Estate to join our dynamic team in the Karnataka region. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and support to our real estate operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of legal matters, including contract review, dispute resolution, and advising on legal strategies to mitigate risks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide expert legal guidance on real estate transactions, contracts, and agreements in compliance with Karnataka state laws and regulations.

2. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to stay abreast of relevant legislation and industry trends affecting the real estate sector in Karnataka.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other related contracts.

4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers and business development teams, to ensure legal compliance and risk management in all real estate dealings.

5. Assist in the resolution of disputes and legal issues related to real estate transactions through negotiation, mediation, or litigation when necessary.

6. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the real estate industry in Karnataka and advise the organization accordingly.

7. Provide legal training and updates to the team to enhance legal awareness and compliance within the organization.

8. Work closely with external legal counsel when required and manage external relationships effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
