**Responsibilities**:
1. GST and TDS Handling:
- Manage GST and TDS compliance, including filing returns and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST and TDS returns through the respective portals.
2. Tally ERP 9:
- Proficiently handle basic accounting functions in Tally ERP 9, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Generate financial reports from Tally ERP 9 to provide insights into the company's financial health.
3. Basic Accounting Activities:
- Perform routine accounting tasks, such as Account Payables / Account receivables, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenditures.
4. Payroll Management:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries to employees.
5. Petty Cash Management:
- Maintain the petty cash fund and record all petty cash transactions.
- Reconcile petty cash on a regular basis and ensure proper documentation.
6. Bank Payments:
- Process and execute various bank payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role. - In-depth knowledge of GST Portal and TDS Portal procedures.
- Proficiency in using Tally ERP 9 for basic accounting tasks. - Strong understanding of payroll management, petty cash handling, and bank payment processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for vendor relations.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and statutory compliance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
