**What You Will Do**:
Be a strategic partner to the CEO, collaborating on the development and execution of company-wide growth initiatives.

Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.

Lead and manage a high-performing team across various functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing operational enhancements to streamline processes and optimize performance.

Provide strong leadership and direction for the Sales, Project Management, Customer Success, and Partner Management teams.

Develop and implement a robust performance management system to track progress and drive results across all departments.

Cultivate a positive and engaging company culture that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making for long-term success.

**What We Expect From You**:
**15+ years of experience ** in a senior leadership role within the IT industry.

Proven track record of successfully scaling operations and driving significant business growth.

Strong understanding of ** Sales Support, Project Pricing and Planning, Implementation Execution, Partner Management, Customer Success & Support, Performance Management, Company Culture, and Strategy and Organization.**

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

Passion for building a collaborative and people-centric work environment.
