Job Title: Executive - Global Marketing and Sales
Location: Bengaluru
**Job Description**:
As an Executive - Marketing and Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing and sales strategy, ensuring our brand's visibility and customer acquisition in various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
**Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
**Brand Building**: Build a strong brand presence through effective digital marketing, social media campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
**Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends in different regions.
**Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a global sales strategy, managing both B2B and B2C channels to drive revenue growth.
**Pricing and Promotions**: Set competitive pricing strategies and create effective promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
**Customer Acquisition and Retention**: Ensure that customer acquisition and retention targets are met in each market, leveraging data analytics and customer insights.
**Market Expansion**: Lead market expansion initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate new markets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Confidence in public speaking and client interactions.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners.
- A results-driven approach with persuasive negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and engage with customers directly in various locations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of market trends and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Prior experience in sales, customer engagement, or business development is a plus.
