The Reservation Executive handles requests from guests, companies and travel agents via phone or other platforms. He/She makes sure booking information is input correctly into the system. He/She needs to maintain and update room vacancies on online booking platforms. He/She helps to meet monthly revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and manage reservations processes through various communication platforms.
- Confirm and process reservation requests.
- Ensure all information pertaining to reservations is accurately communicated to customers.
- Allocate cabs for customers based on their reservation details.
- Coordinate customer day-wise itineraries with the driver.

**Requirements**:

- Plus Two or Degree.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail in processing reservation information.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Kochi, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
