**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by guiding them through the setup, activation, and implementation of our products/services.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, training, and tutorials to enhance customers' understanding and effective usage of our offerings.
- Establish and maintain positive and trust-based relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to the relevant teams to improve product features, functionalities, and overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and support activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the After Sales team and other relevant departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and a unified approach to customer success.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Advanced organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: From ₹258,000.00 per year
