THE ROLE: CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a Customer Success executive to join us to help restaurants succeed online. You will be responsible for ensuring that any issues or queries raised by customers are followed up and dealt with by the appropriate member of the team, to the customer’s satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

- Provide help and guidance to new and existing customers in the use of the our platform Build and maintain a strong commercial relationship with our customers.
- Communicate with Product and Engineering departments to find solutions for any customer bugs that could exist.
- Reporting to customers and proposing different action plans to grow the customer base.
- Conduct regular check-ins & business reviews with your customers to ensure consistent engagement.
- Ensure client communications and queries are followed up to the customer’s satisfaction
- Oversee the logging, monitoring and resolution of customer support issues

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of client facing service delivery role, account management, or sales experience. Experience working with engineering and operations teams a plus.
- Highly organized - ability to build pipelines and track current/ future processes
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Self-directed, effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and getting things done.
- Must be eager to take initiative, innovate, and embrace change.
- You have an eye for detail and a highly analytical mindset.

**Salary**: ₹208,151.88 - ₹1,079,333.91 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (required)
