Roles and Responsibilities

**The goal of the Inbound Sales associate is to support our client with acquiring, engaging and retaining our client’s customer base.**

**They achieve this by acting as a brand ambassador, representing, promoting and selling our client’s suite of products and service to new and existing customers.**

**While resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently with a positive and empathetic attitude also identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary.**

Utilize the quality / call-flow framework while interacting with customer’s and ensure you deliver the appropriate resolution.

**Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives where applicable.**

Build rapport with customers to create a seamless customer experience across all your interactions.

**Meet or exceed performance metrics related to individual Sales target, eNPS, resolution time, customer satisfaction**

Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures **Active listening skills to demonstrate cultural awareness and adapting flexibly across interactions with our culturally diverse team members and customers.**

Comply with procedures and support the customers to meet the relevant safety and environmental legislations.

**Be naturally inquisitive and resilient with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively, identify customer needs & provide customers with solutions to their needs.**

Comply with HSE policies and standards to role model safe and responsible behavior, minimise risks and demonstrate a commitment to your own safety and the safety of others.

Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification:
**Any Undergraduate or Graduate with prior sales experience or freshers with good communication skills**

Previous experience in Sales chat process would be preferred

**Target driven mindset with the focus on results**

Adaptable to changes in processes and targets

**Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week.**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Comprehension and understand customer needs (keeps customer at the center of what they do).**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
