Cartegan Software is a Bengaluru-based company specializing in providing custom ERP software solutions for manufacturing companies. They focus on understanding manufacturing processes to develop software for KPIs, yields, and process optimization.
**Role Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Funnel Design & Strategy**:
- Create, design, and implement comprehensive marketing funnels that guide prospects from awareness to conversion.
- Map out detailed customer journeys, including touchpoints for lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales.
**Lead Generation & Acquisition**:
- Implement strategies to drive traffic into the funnel using SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality.
- Analyze and refine top-of-funnel efforts to maximize reach and engagement.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
- Analyze each stage of the funnel to identify and resolve drop-off points.
- Track, measure, and report on funnel performance metrics, including conversion rates, lead velocity, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
**Marketing Automation & Tools**:
- Manage and maintain CRM and marketing platforms, ensuring data is accurately captured and leveraged for personalization.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Funnel.io to analyze data and make informed decisions for continuous funnel improvement.
**Content Strategy & Creation**:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos) that drives prospects further into the funnel.
- Ensure all content aligns with the buyer’s journey, targeting the right audience at the right time.
**Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
- Provide regular performance reports on funnel activities and key KPIs, along with actionable insights to improve results.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing marketing funnels, with demonstrable success in lead generation and conversion.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) and data analysis for funnel optimization.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating content that resonates with different audience segments.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with content marketing strategies and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Familiarity with B2B or B2C marketing funnels, depending on your business.
- Certification in digital marketing, SEO, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with funnel tracking platforms such as ClickFunnels, Funnel.io, or similar.
