**Job Description - Marketing Executive** Promote Atria Institute of Technology. Primary responsibility is to increase the number of inquiries, walk-ins and admissions & coordinating the marketing / promotional activities with Educational Institutions, Corporates and Other partners. **About Atria Institute of Technology** Established in 2000, Atria Institute of Technology is one of the reputed Engineering & Management colleges in Bangalore which has made a name for itself as an institute of repute offering industry - oriented programs, building competent professionals offering a track record of excellent placements. The college is located in a 17.5 Acres Campus in **Roles and responsibilities**: - Build Brand visibility of Atria Institute of Technology - Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies - Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, digital marketing etc.), exhibitions and promotional events - Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures - Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance - Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses - Collection of Primary Data through Various Sources. - Coordinate promotional events (Seminars, Workshops, Talks, Events) in +2 / PUC / Diploma & Degree Colleges - Represent Atria in Local and outstation in Seminars, Educational fairs, Workshops, Promotional Activities etc - Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual student enrolments Requirements and skills - Proven experience as Marketing / Digital Marketing Professional or similar role - Proficient in Digital Marketing activities - Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods - Thorough knowledge of strategic planning and marketing best practices - Proficient in MS Office, PPT and marketing software (e.g. CRM) - Familiarity with social media marketing and web analytics - Excellent communication and people skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Creativity and commercial awareness **Qulaifications**: **Essential**: - MBA Degree with specialization in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline - Min 2-5 yrs experience in promotion of Education Institution in Digital Media platforms - Excellent written and spoken english language skill - Ability to conceptualize, plan and design creatives for Digital Marketing - Creative writing skill - Min 2-3 Years of Experience in Sales / Training - Smart, Pleasant Personality and a go getter - Should Enjoy Travelling across the country **Desirable**: - Certification in Digital Marketing Course - Prior Experience in promoting Engineering / MBA / MCA / M Tech Courses - Knowledge of Digital Marketing Techniques - Spoken Language Skills in Hindi and One of the following Languages : Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Malayalam Travel Requirement: 50-75 % **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Lead generation: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Marketing: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Ability to Commute: - Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required) Ability to Relocate: - Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person **Speak with the employer** +91 9110847110
