Core Responsibilities

Processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, forms of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room keys
- Ensuring all interactions with guests are handled professionally, adhering to the hotel’s policies and procedures
- Promptly and actively obtaining feedback from guests.
- Achieving guest satisfaction through friendly and proficient services
- Following all internal controls guidelines prescribed by the management
- Abiding by companies policy and decision
- Developing positive working relationships with the entire team to reach common goals
- Following up on any assignments handed over by the management
- Following all safety and security measures

Requirements*
- Minimum 3-4 years of hotel experience
- B.H.M, Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and positive approach
