**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and seamless service.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering on expectations.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring they meet client objectives and company standards.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from ideation to on-ground execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Liaise with vendors for event-related services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain a network of reliable vendors for various operational needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to convey ideas and solutions.
- Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year to 4 years of relevant experience in client servicing, event management, and operations.
- Proven track record of organizing and executing events end-to-end.
- Existing network of vendors is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing impactful presentations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
