Client Servicing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Coordinate with exhibitors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services for the Exhibitions.
- Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure all communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Oversee event logistics, including booth setup, schedule coordination, and troubleshooting on-site issues.
- Assist in preparing event materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of all event aspects.
- Monitor event progress, resolving issues as they arise and ensuring the exhibition runs on schedule.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining all the follow up data in the excel sheets.
- Coordinating with the clients for the screening of the garments.
- Compiling the queries for participation and selecting the best among them.
**Desired Skills, Experience**
- Proven experience in client servicing, preferably within the exhibition, event, or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes or requests.
- Professional demeanor with excellent client-facing skills.
- Previous experience working with exhibitions and trade shows is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS office / Google suite.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or a similar role, with exposure to exhibitions and events.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
