JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide friendly and professional customer support to parents and new enquiries via phone and in-person interactions.
- Assist with inquiries related to admissions, schedules, registration and general information.
- Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process, providing information on available classes, fees structure and guidelines.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager & Art Instructors to address parents needs, schedule changes, and other issues as they arise.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with marketing efforts by promoting institute events, workshops and exhibitions to current and prospective students.
- Stay up-to-date on institute policies, procedures, and program offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate
- Proficiency in Computers and ability to work on Microsoft Office & Excel
- Previous experience in customer services or related field, preferably in an educational or arts organisation
- Command over written & verbal communication skills
- Friendly and Professional communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
