**Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator Role**

**Salary**:Up to ₹2, 80,000 per annum**

**Experience Required**: 1 - 10 Years in Logistics Coordinator and dispatch Planning

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule dispatches to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with the logistics team, transporters, and plant warehouse for smooth dispatch operations.
- Ensure vehicle placement as per plan and track loading/unloading activities.
- Optimize transport cost by efficient route and load planning.
- Maintain dispatch records and documentation accurately.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with production & sales teams.
- Handle day-to-day communication with transporters and resolve any delivery issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Logistics Coordinator** or **Dispatch Planner**, preferably in ceramics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of **dispatch planning**, **vehicle coordination**, and **logistics operations**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
