Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the field sales team and channel partners to ensure timely order bookings and dispatches.
- Process sales orders in the ERP system and follow up with the logistics and warehouse team for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and dealer/distributor details.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets, outstanding payments, and incentive calculations.
- Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, etc.
- Follow up on pending quotations, samples, or proposals sent by the sales team.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain for product availability and lead times.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, schemes, and new product launches.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Attention to detail with strong record-keeping skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
