Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management:
    Processing and tracking sales orders, ensuring accurate entry in the system. 


  • Dispatch Coordination:
    Coordinating with warehouses, transportation providers, and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. 


  • Sales Support:
    Providing support to sales teams, including preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules. 


  • Customer Communication:
    Communicating with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and addressing any issues. 


  • Inventory Management:
    Tracking inventory levels and coordinating with procurement to ensure sufficient stock. 


  • Reporting:
    Generating reports on sales performance, dispatch activity, and inventory levels. 



Skills Required:
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
     
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with sales teams, customers, and other departments. 
     
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales and dispatch software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. 
     
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports. 
     
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to order processing, dispatch, and customer service. 
     


Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is often preferred. 
     
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, dispatch, or customer service is highly desirable. 
     
  • Experience with ERP systems and sales software is a plus.
