**Reports to**: Logistics Manager / Billing Head

**Job Summary**:
The Billing & Logistic Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day billing operations and assisting with the coordination of logistics activities. This role involves preparing invoices, ensuring timely dispatch of goods, and maintaining records to ensure smooth billing and logistics processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing Operations**:

- Prepare accurate and timely customer invoices for dispatched goods.
- Verify the billing information to ensure consistency with orders and deliveries.
- Assist in managing customer accounts by tracking payment status and following up on pending payments.
- **Logistics Support**:

- Assist in the coordination of logistics activities, including the preparation and dispatch of goods.
- Track deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and resolve any shipment issues in collaboration with transport partners.
- Maintain up-to-date records of dispatched goods, delivery challans, and transport documents.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain proper documentation of all billing and logistics-related activities, including invoices, delivery records, and order status.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and promptly filed for future reference.
- **Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders**:

- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate billing and timely dispatch.
- Communicate with transporters and external vendors to schedule deliveries and address any logístical concerns.
- **Inventory & Stock Support**:

- Assist in managing stock levels by coordinating with the warehouse team for timely updates on inventory available for billing and dispatch.
- Support inventory control efforts to ensure the correct quantity of goods is dispatched and invoiced.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on billing and logistics activities.
- Provide insights into billing and logistics efficiency to improve processes.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in billing, logistics, or related fields.
