**Job Title: Billing Executive Role**

**Salary**:Up to ₹2, 40,000 per annum**

**Experience Required**: 1 - 10 Years in

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process **sales invoices** and other billing-related documents accurately.
- Cross-check dispatch and order details before billing.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and sales teams for timely billing and document flow.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and delivery challans.
- Assist with **e-invoicing**, **credit/debit notes**, and any billing corrections.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing billing data and reports.
- Handle customer or internal queries related to billing with clarity and professionalism.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-6 years of relevant experience** in billing and invoicing processes, preferably in ceramics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of **billing processes,**and **e-invoicing platforms**.
