**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Project Coordinator located in Pune. The Solar Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of solar projects, from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills and an understanding of solar energy technology.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Solar Project Coordinator base located in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Solar Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with solar systems, solar industry, solar power, troubleshooting, and power generation. The Solar Project Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of solar systems.

Ability to work effectively with a team. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Solar Project Coordinator will have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Executing new solar panels systems projects on residential, commercial, or industrial buildings and connecting them to the existing electrical grid where needed.
- Managing vendor and teams executing solar projects and carrying out maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoots of inverters that convert the DC power generated by solar panels into AC power that can be used in homes or businesses
- Supervise performance of routine maintenance on solar panels to ensure their continued operation
- During site surveys, providing customers with information about the benefits of solar energy as an alternative energy source. Plan PV system configurations based on customer needs and site conditions
- PV Project Coordinators use a variety of hand tools and power tools, including drills, wrenches, saws, and screwdrivers, to set up PV panels and connect them to frames, wires, and support structures.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical/ others/ Graduate
- Good communication in English & other languages with interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable: Having Prior experience in the solar industry, solar installation of at least 2-3 Solar projects.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
